What professional development requirements does a school in Connecticut need to meet?

According to CT law, school districts are responsible for offering at least 18 hours of professional development per year, including training in culturally responsive pedagogy and practice. This professional development will be tailored to the needs of individual educators. It will be the responsibility of the school districts to offer and track this professional development.
