What professional development requirements does a school in New Hampshire need to meet?
Each school district and chartered public school shall require all school faculty and staff, including contracted personnel, to receive at least 2 hours of training in suicide awareness and prevention annually.
According to NH law, each school district and charter school shall provide annual training for preventing, identifying, responding to and reporting incidences of bullying and cyber-bullying. This training should be for school employees, regular school volunteers or employees of a company under contract to a school, school district or charter school who have significant contact with pupils.
